REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All refund or return requests need to be requested and filed in within seven (7) days of the completion/finalisation date. The client will need to fill in the Refund Form and return it within the allocated seven (7) days.

PRINTED MEDIA & ARTWORK

RETURN POLICY

While every care is taken to deliver media and artwork in the highest possible quality and condition, Phinem Graphix acknowledges that there are rare incidents where this is not possible and will take every step to ensure from the company’s side that clients receive only the highest standards of work.

To return an item, please request a returns form via the email address sales@phinemgraphix.co.za or via Whatsapp 071 329 2835 within seven (7) days of collecting the printed media/artwork. Please ensure that the media/artwork is securely in the original packaging and sent the package to the return address:

Please note: You (the client) will be responsible for all return courier charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable courier method for your return.

REFUNDS POLICY

Phinem Graphix takes every care to ensure that all media and artwork is delivered on time and in the highest quality, and therefore only offers refunds in extreme and extenuating circumstances and proper procedure will be followed to determine if the criteria are met.

Refunds will not be offered in the following situations:

  • If a completed design has left the office with the client.
  • If a completed design has been finalised.
  • Incorrect materials have been requested by the client.
  • Incorrect information supplied for the design.
  • Unclear briefing was supplied by the client
  • Incorrect images supplied for the design.
  • Faulty or broken apparatus after 7 days due to factory fault.
  • Faulty or broken apparatus after 7 days due to incorrect use from the client.
  • Any damage to the artwork/media after it has left the Phinem Graphix premises with the client.
  • The artwork/media has gone unused by die client.
  • Copyright claims or privacy infringements for any artwork supplied to the designers (Phinem Graphix) by the client.

Please note:

  • Sales or discounted items are FINAL SALE and no refund will be issued under any circumstance.
  • The customer acknowledges and understands that once the design has been accepted/approved, it is no longer the responsibility of the designers (Phinem Graphix) to edit or adjust the design during the printing process, or for any costs relating to incorrect delivery address supplied by the client, over-due deadlines due to the clients requests as well as for reprinting costs due to incorrect materials requested.

GRAPHIC DESIGN, WEBSITES AND ONLINE STORES

REFUNDS POLICY

Phinem Graphix takes every care to ensure all websites and online stores are delivered on time and in the highest quality, and therefore only offers refunds in extreme and extenuating circumstances and proper procedures will be followed to determine if the criteria are met.

Refunds will not be offered in the following situations:

  • If there is evidence of “footprints” of external or outside editing.
  • The website has been active for 7 days or more.
  • The design and its purpose have already been approved by the client.
  • Incorrect information supplied by the client to the designer for the design.
  • Evidence of unauthorised logins.
  • Hacking of the website or hacking because of the client sharing login details or sensitive information.
  • Client providing no feedback on the website design despite follow-ups from the designer/admin for 7 days.
  • If deposit only has been paid, deposit will not be refunded if the designer process has already commenced.
  • Copyright claims or privacy infringements for any artwork supplied to designers (Phinem Graphix) by the client for the purposes of the website.

Please note:

  • Sales or discounted items are FINAL SALE, and no refund will be issued under any circumstance.
  • The customer acknowledges and understands that once the website design has been accepted/approved, it is no longer the responsibility of the designer (Phinem Graphix) to edit or adjust the design unless otherwise arranged or the customer is paying for the website maintenance.
  • The customer acknowledges that the designers (Phinem Graphix) are not responsible for any costs relating to the incorrect delivery addresses or contact details supplied by the client which may have been used in the website design.

APPLICATION DESIGNS

Phinem Graphix takes every care to ensure all application designs are delivered on time and in the highest quality, and therefore only offers refunds in extreme and extenuating circumstances and proper procedure will be followed to determine if the criteria are met.

Refunds will not be offered in the following situations:

  • There will be no refund if the design process has begun. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the payment is made ONLY if it is certain that the design can commence.
  • If the deposit only has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded if the design process has already commenced as it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the payment be made ONLY if it is certain that the design can commence.

Please note:

  • Sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
  • The customer acknowledges and understands that once the application design has been accepted/approved, it is no longer the responsibility of the designers (Phinem Graphix) to edit or adjust the design unless otherwise arranged.
  • The customer acknowledges that the designers (Phinem Graphix) are not responsible for any costs relating to incorrect addresses or contact details supplied by clients that may have been used in the application design.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to give the designers (Phinem Graphix) a clear brief of what they are looking for to avoid wasting time designing on the wrong direction. In such circumstances no refund will be done for design since the briefing was not clear enough for the designers to give the expected design.

DOMAINS & EMAILS

REFUNDS POLICY

Phinem Graphix takes every care to ensure all domains’ registrations, propagations, and email accounts are delivered on time and delivered on time and in the highest quality, and therefore only offers refunds in extreme and extenuating circumstances and proper procedure will be followed to determine if the criteria are met.

Refunds will not be offered in the following situations:

  • There will be no refund if the domain registration and propagation process has begun. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the payment is made ONLY if it is certain that the registration and propagation process can commence.
  • If the deposit only has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded if the registration and propagation process has already commenced as it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the payment is made ONLY if is certain that the registration and propagation process can commence.
  • If the client notices a spelling error in the email address after 7 days.
  • If the email address has an incorrect setup method in order to set up emails on client devices.
  • If the client used an incorrect setup method in order to set up emails on client devices.
  • If the client has changed and forgotten the password within 7 days of receiving the account and has neglected to notify Phinem Graphix.
  • There will be no refund on domain registration and propagation and email accounts should the client wish to change hosts within 7 days of receiving the domain and email accounts, or within any amount of time thereafter.

  • The customer acknowledges and understands that once the application design has been accepted/approved, it is no longer the responsibility of the designers (Phinem Graphix) to edit or adjust the design unless otherwise arranged.

The customer acknowledges that the designers (Phinem Graphix) are not responsible for any costs relating to incorrect account names, name spelling, or account details supplied by client which may have been used in the domain registration, propagations and emails account process.
